I've been having issues with the proxy setting on both chrome and interent explorer. I've googled for help, tried every tip I've found, but nothing has helped. Basically, when I go in to settings on chrome and go into the proxy settings, the settings never stay the way I need them to. Please help. Ps I don't really know what I'm doing.
