Nov 23, 2015 · looks like you have manually configured a persistent route, I would get rid of that using command: route -p delete 0 I'm thinking this is the issue since I checked a couple of servers here that are 'multihomed' and do not have a persistent 0.0.0.0 route set, and tracert correctly returns a 'destination host unreachable' for inactive IPs without trying to send the traffic to the gateway.
